Syndicate Learning Group announced that it has successfully bagged a contract from Indian Conglomerate working in the field of Fluorochemicals, Packaging Films, Speciality Chemicals and Technical Textiles. The company which traces its history back to 1889 by setting up a textile mill, has now grown up into a multi business conglomerate and works in various domains. The organization has around 10000 employees that includes both White Collar and Blue Collar employees. The organization has been using the traditional approach of On The Job Training, Classroom Session and Managerial Coaching. They had a legacy Training Management System which could not meet the employee expectations and the management wanted to adopt new ways of learning. Around 06 months ago, the organization decided to include elearning as a training intervention along with the traditional methods. The objective was to slowly move to a blended learning approach where most of the knowledge related training is shifted to self paced elearning modules and only those training which required leadership intervention, physical demonstration or hands-on practice to remain offline. On the basis of various requirements, an RFQ was floated and one of the Syndicate Learning Partners emerged the winner in both Technical & Commercial evaluations.
