ERA Wilder Realty Hires New Head of VP of Growth & Development

COLUMBIA, S.C. - Oct. 19, 2020 - PRLog -- ERA Wilder Realty would like to welcome Shannon Poser, previously with ERA Real Estate, to support growth and development as the company focusses on expansion in 2021.

Shannon previously worked with ERA Real Estate at their National Headquarters in New Jersey for over eight years. He began as the Director of Learning and Development then worked his way up to Regional Vice President of Growth and Engagement. In between those positions, he held the Vice President of Operations title. During that time, he rolled out a recruiting CRM platform inclusive of accountability calls which led to an increased number of agents for the companies that enrolled in the program.

In 2015, Shannon and his learning team were the winner of Training Magazine Top 125 Global Training Company. He created a learning portal that used short video clips that helped change the behaviors of agents by creating goals and accountabilities in the short modules. While the Regional VP of Growth & Engagement, Poser was the coach and mentor of a team of broker consultants on the eastern half of the United States that helped their brokers grow through agent development and recruiting. His background in learning & development, operations and growth & engagement will only lead ERA Wilder to higher success as they pursue their strategic growth initiatives for 2021.
