Qnext Corp. announces expansion into the USA led by cybersecurity industry leader Larry Hurtado

SAN ANTONIO - March 9, 2022 - PRLog -- Qnext Corp. announced that it is expanding more rapidly into the US market with a new head office based out of San Antonio, Texas. San Antonio is one of the world's largest and fastest-growing concentrations of cybersecurity experts. Already, many US enterprises and public sector organizations are expressing interest in FileFlex Enterprise which is an overlay service that blankets organizations with a zero-trust data architecture for remote data access and sharing and brings order and security to the chaos of unstructured data.

Larry Hurtado, Qnext's new Executive Vice President and Managing Director for the USA will head up the growth and operations of the company. Larry serves on the board of the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the Board of Advisors for Cyber P-Tech USA.  He is also the 2022 Chair of the Cybersecurity Council for the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. His background in the cybersecurity industry is significant. He was formerly CEO of Digital Defense Inc., a leading provider for cyber risk management solutions serving over 4,000 clients, and prior to that he led Elastic Networks to a $400 million IPO.

"I am looking forward to scaling Qnext in the USA and building on the strategic partnerships already in place. The product really brings zero trust data access to the forefront. It is an ideal scalable solution to protect unstructured data and bring a zero-trust data security architecture to large organizations and government," said Hurtado.

Anthony DeCristofaro, CEO of Qnext commented.  "We are excited to be in San Antonio. The city's association with the military and with scientific research makes it the second largest concentration of cybersecurity professionals in the U.S.  Larry brings a depth of knowledge and expertise to the Qnext organization that is extremely valuable.  He understands the FileFlex solution and sets a new benchmark for ZTDA  –  the emerging zero trust data access standard for secure data access for remote and contract workers. We look forward to Larry spearheading our rapid US growth.
