K-Wave Culture & Entertainment Center "HollyU Zone" to be built in MiDan City, Incheon, Korea

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - May 30, 2022 - PRLog -- Mr. Yang, Nam-Sik has been officially appointed as the head person to manage the "Hollyu Zone" project in MiDan city Incheon, Korea and has signed the agreement as a part of this role where Mr. Yang will be focusing on various tasks leveraging his prior experiences in real estate developments including project financing through South Korean financial institutions. Hollywood Tribute® USA, a Hollywood Entertainment Organization from USA and Peach Financial Services, LLC, will be jointly developing the "HollyU Zone YeongJongDo("HollyU": K-Wave Culture & Entertainment in Korean and "Do" stands for island in Korean) which will be located at Unbuk-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon, Korea and formally named as "HollyU Zone MiDan City". YeongJongDo is an island off the west coast of the city of Incheon, South Korea, the home of Korea's major Incheon International Airport. Hollywood Tribute®, and Peach Financial Services, LLC aims to establish waterfront tourist hotels and resorts, making it the world's hottest vacation spot for its unique attraction of Korean K-wave Culture and Entertainment Center with residential complex and a commercial shopping area.

Chairman Lee, Wan-Kyo of Peach Financial Services, LLC and Hollywood Tribute Korea executive office have officially announced on May 20th, 2022 to appointing Mr. Yang, Nam-Sik as the head person for project management due to his vast experience of finance and for his part in the #1 bank of Korea KB Kookmin bank and as the chairman of KB investment co. ltd., which is one of Korea's leading investment firms of venture capital and private equity funds. Mr. Yang is an expert of monetizing the fund with various SBlc, bank guarantees and liquid cash to create unique funds to develop variety of real estate developments in Korea while having overseas investment platforms built in Singapore to handle global assets. "HollyU Zone MiDan City" will be launching upon the land acquisition and purchase of neighboring parcels as it is expected to be completed by October of this year and the commencement of the construction afterwards.
