Dr. Mahtani Supports Decision From The Zambian President

On the occasion of the Africa Day, President Hakainde Hichilema announced his quest towards abolishing death penalty. According to Dr. Rajan Mahtani the inhumane, cruel and degrading punishment of death penalty does not bring any solution to the nationwide crimes. Those facing death penalty are already suffering from stiff punishment on a daily basis, not knowing which day will be their last day on this earth. As such, Dr. Rajan Mahtani has praised this decision from the President and said that only a compassionate person can make such bold announcement. Dr. Rajan Mahtani has also stated that his company Prison Fellowship Zambia will provide legal and regulatory support to ensure that the announcement soon turns into a reality.
