Zambian President plans to abolish law of death penalty

LUSAKA, Zambia - Oct. 10, 2022 - PRLog -- On the occasion of Africa Day, Zambian President Hakainde Hichilema announced his quest toward abolishing death penalty. Also, only those individuals who have not sinned on this planet should be allowed to take another life. As such, death penalty no longer holds any significance on this planet and as such, the decision made by the Zambian President was a step in the right direction.
