National Testing Network Expands CPAT Testing Centers to Fox Valley Technical College

APPLETON, Wis. - Aug. 2, 2023 - PRLog -- National Testing Network, Inc. (NTN), the leader in outsourced physical abilities and employment testing for public safety departments, is thrilled to announce the opening of a new testing location in Wisconsin. In partnership with Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, WI, this state-of-the-art testing center aims to enhance the engagement and experience of job seekers in the public safety sector.

This new testing location will offer the Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT) for firefighters and additional computer-based testing for entry-level firefighters, law enforcement officers, corrections officers, and emergency communications applicants applying for city, county, and state public safety agencies.

NTN's state-of-the-art online testing delivers examinations with video simulations that depict scenarios candidates are likely to encounter while working in the position they are applying for. Following the scenario, applicants are prompted to respond based on their judgment and decision-making skills. This interactive video simulation testing has proven significantly more effective than traditional paper-and-pencil tests in identifying the best-suited candidates for public safety roles.

This testing site is the sixth entry-level NTN testing location established in Wisconsin. "We are thrilled to introduce this new CPAT testing center option for firefighter departments and candidates in Wisconsin, offering enhanced convenience and accessibility," stated Dr. Carl Swander, President of National Testing Network.
