Bigpond Unable to Receive Hotmail Emails

WOODBRIDGE, Australia - Dec. 30, 2023 - PRLog -- Sometimes the costumer might face issues with Bigpond while receiving emails from Hotmail. Here we mention some reasons for the issues and solution to it:

1)    Spam/Junk Folder: The customers have to check the Spam or Junk folder whether hotmails emails are being filtered or not. The customer have to mark "Not spam" to receive emails from hotmail.

2)    Blocked contacts: Sometimes the customer can block contacts from hotmail emails accidentally. The customers have to check in the email settings for any blocked contacts or domains.

3)     Email Quota: Sometimes due to limit of storage quota the costumers can receive any emails from hotmail to their Bigpond email. Make sure to delete the unnecessary emails.

4)    Check email filters: The costumers have to make sure that the emails filters are not diverting hotmail emails to other folders. Check if any filters are affecting incoming incoming messages.

5)    Whitelist Hotmail: The costumers have to add the Hotmail domain to their email whitelist. Adding the hotmail domain to the email whitelist will make sure that the email from hotmail domains will not be treated as spam.
