Rob Skog and Duane Balsiger Promoted to Senior Director Positions

MILWAUKEE - Jan. 18, 2024 - PRLog -- The Dieringer Research Group (The DRG), a marketing research and consulting firm located in Brookfield, WI, is pleased to announce the recent promotions of Rob Skog and Duane Balsiger to Senior Director positions.

Rob Skog has been promoted to Senior Director, Research Services. Throughout his 15-year tenure at The DRG, Rob has been instrumental in the daily operations and growth of The DRG's research services and capabilities, as well as the growth of key client accounts and relationships.

As a leader, Rob builds a strong rapport with all those he manages. He freely shares his vast knowledge and research operations acumen with DRG employees and clients alike, fueling everyone's collective success.

In his new role, Rob will continue to lead and grow The DRG's research services, mentor and train various internal teams, and take on additional leadership responsibilities.

Duane Balsiger has been promoted to Senior Director of Application Development. Duane joined The DRG's Information Services department in 1998. He has held a variety of roles centered around managing, optimizing, and further developing The DRG's major organizational systems, applications, and databases.

In his new role, Duane will take over leadership of The DRG's business intelligence strategy, ensuring all teams have the vital information they need to excel in their roles. Duane will also continue to collaborate with leadership, management, and strategy teams to combat obstacles with fluid and intuitive resources.
