The Lettuce Be Good Company is an American apparel and accessories wholesaler, retailer, and lifestyle brand founded in 2023 and best known for its Chef developed recipes, cheeky, uplifting, and positive messages with a diverse range of graphic tees, housewares, and accessories with unique and fun designs that are each designed and drawn by Chef Nikki Trzeciak. Chef Trzeciak is an American research and development chef and a joint owner of Lettuce Be Good in Dallas, Texas.

She has developed hundreds of products from concept through commercialization during her 16 years as an R&D chef. She has had items on the menus of Chili's, Maggiano's, Olive Garden, California Pizza Kitchen, Pret A Manager, Sonic, McDonalds, Panera Bread and many more. She has also developed products for retail customers like Kroger, HEB, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Fresh & Easy, Ahold, and Costco.
