Clinark Releases "Rat Race" Tribute to Bob Marley

RIVIERA ESTATE, Bermuda - Feb. 28, 2024 - PRLog -- Bermuda Singer and producer, Clinark known as "The Reggae Torch" released a new Bob Marley tribute song, "Rat Race" Monday 26 February.To commemorate what would have been the late Bob Marley's 79th birthday on the 6 February.

Clinark says "Rat Race is another favourite song of mine, because it tells us about  inhumanity and oppression which goes on up to this very day."Clinark's previous releases include these Marley tributes. Clinark, real name Clinarke Dill, was born in Bermuda.He sang and played keyboards and drums for top bands. A chronic bout of vertigo caused Dill to turn his back on music in 1999. He returned to music song called 'Dem Come' (2004) under the name of 'Dill-in-Jah, for UK label, Dread Unity. He co-founded the record label, Nurture Projects Music, in 2004. Releasing his first album, "Clinark Live in Holland" with Dutch band "Poor Man Friend." The album "Journey to Foreign" was released in 2008. Maxi Priest collaborated on the song "Better Tomorrow," which was nominated for 'Song of the Year'. He also collaborated with Richie Spice, Luciano, Kofi, Brinsley Forde (Aswad) Irie Love, Fantan Mojah and Gramps and the late Peetah from Morgan Heritage and Troy Anthony. He was nominated for two British Reggae Industry Awards for "A Tribute to Michael Jackson - A legend and a Warrior" (2010) and "Journey to Foreign in Dub" (2010). His previous works include "I'll Be There" (2009) He released an EP, "The Solution" (2015) and two more tribute singles "Float- A Tribute to Muhammed Ali" & "Chicago" (2016) Unite, Forget About The Fight" and "Who Is It" (2018).
