Sale of Bachman-Styer to BCCG Health

SAN FRANCISCO - April 3, 2024 - PRLog -- Bloomfield, Conn., BCCG Health announced that it has finalized an agreement whereby BCCG Health Company has acquired Bachman-Styer Healthcare Administration Consulting Agency for $7.4 million.  As part of the transaction, Bachman-Styer will continue to retain the naming right.  BCCG Health will retain all clients under contract as well as all service agreements.

Jeffrey Styer was the sole owner of Bachman-Styer.  He had previously worked as the Chief Operating Officer for Pride Institute and Psychiatric Solutions.

The agreement will enable BCCG Health to drive meaningful value for all of its stakeholders, providing an enhanced ability to accelerate investment and growth in their services platform, while further deepening their commitment with existing health administration consulting platform. In tandem, the transaction will position BCCG as a leader in health care administration consulting.
BCCG Health takes possession as of April 1^st, 2024.

The transaction is closed March 31, 2024. There is no financing conditions.
