He has a record of establishing his own payroll, accounting, and bookkeeping system and he outsourced businesses in employment sectors in 2010. Tim started his career in the 1990s as a chartered accountant at KPMG. Since then to date, she has an ascending career growth.

He has very good command over a wide range of areas in supply chain management, crisis management, risk assessment, end labour hirers, and talent hunts for recruitment firms. He offers consultancy services to businesses involved in labour-supplying agencies, contracting businesses, construction companies, recruitment firms, and labour hirers.
