Ambrosia Restaurant Announces Expanded Hours

Feb. 19, 2007 - PRLog -- The 5-star Ambrosia Restaurant (www.ocpavilion.com) is pleased to announce the restaurant will now be open on Tuesday evenings for dinner. The world class restaurant is available for reservations at lunch on Tuesday through Friday and dinner on Tuesday through Saturday.

Ambrosia’s menu offers a celebration of the seasonal marketplace with the culinary artistry of Executive Chef Michael Rossi. The menu features a pairing of fine wines with the freshest fruits, vegetables and entrees of the season, achieving a dynamic balance that both excites and entices the palette. A brick-domed, intimate Wine Cellar offers rare vintages of fine wines from around the world.

In addition to the intimate restaurant, Ambrosia offers a private dining alternative for small groups with 5 custom rooms. The Boardroom seats 12; The Wine Cellar seats 18; The Lodge seats 14; El Presidente seats 8; and Dome of the Sea seats 8.
