About Pat Toomey - Pat Toomey is the President and CEO of the Club for Growth, America’s leading limited-government, free-enterprise advocacy group. Lowell graduated from Mechanicsburg High School, Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and Whittier Law School. He also has a Master of Law degree in Taxation from New York University. He founded the law firm: Gates, Halbruner and Hatch, P.C.
