AAU Taekwondo Scrimmage to be Held in Mount Dora, Florida in April.

March 25, 2008 - PRLog -- Get ready for state with this unique Clinic!

First, get certified  as a AAU Coach or Official.  Then attend the clinic and learn the basics of point sparring.   AAU National Champions will be available for free coaching.

Second, AAU National Forms Champions will be available to teach you the finer points of forms competition.

Third, put your skills to the test in Point or Olympic sparring with a full court of officials. You can spar as many times as you wish whomever ever you want,.  We will decide who you fight or you can request a sparring partner. Either way you'll get 5-8 fights if not more! Last year 1 person fought 23 matches!

Ask questions from our ref'erees about rules or situations, Try scoring some matches if you wish. This will be a great event don't miss out!

No medals or awards will be given.
