Jamaica Cottage Shop, Inc. Launches New Design Showcase Featuring New Cottage Designs

April 5, 2008 - PRLog -- Jamaica Cottage Shop, Inc., builders of fine post and beam wooden garden buildings for the last 10 years, has announced the launch of its new range of cottage designs featured as the ‘New Design Showcase’ on their official website.

Jamaica Cottage Shop designs, manufactures and markets small building creations, based off classic New England outbuildings in a rugged traditional style. The designs are created by the in–house design team and cannot be found anywhere else. These designs are featured on the ‘New Design Showcase’ webpage and visitors are requested to help out to determine which new designs should be developed into pre cut kits by participating in a voting facility on the same webpage. Visitors can compare the new designs and vote for the designs of their choice and they can also purchase any of the new design cottages in a fully assembled format.

From the time the company was founded in 1995, the design team has been actively trying to experiment on the already present designs of outbuildings and cottages. In 2004 Jamaica Cottage Shop, Inc. purchased a manufacturing facility two miles north of the beginnings in Jamaica. Their current 70,000 square foot factory allows all work to be built indoors. They expanded their product line and developed the cottage sheds to include the current pre cut post and beam kits. Today, Jamaica Cottage Shop produces wood sheds and cottages anywhere, and they also ship their creations all over the United States and Canada.
