Fuller Receives “World Member Achievement” Award at National Conference

June 11, 2008 - PRLog -- Fuller Towne & Country Properties was presented with the “World Member Achievement” Award at the Annual Performance Awards Ceremony at the 2008 Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™ Conference held in Boca Raton, FL. The annual meeting attracted approximately 800 brokers, managers, and relocation professionals from top domestic and international real estate companies.

Fuller Towne & Country Properties received the 2007 Award of Excellence for Incoming Conversion Rate, competing with companies in its size range.  The award was presented to the member firm with the highest incoming conversion rate, determined by dividing the number of incoming closings by the number of incoming received referrals for the year.

Fuller Towne & Country Properties was also the recipient of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Million Dollar Club Award.  The honor is bestowed upon the top member companies that participated in outgoing referral transactions with an actual sales price of $1 million or more.
