Problems getting some human interaction from the Paypal help desk exacerbated the difficulties, to the point where the very experienced Kim Lacey was not only pulling her hair out but seriously contemplating giving up completely. However, Paypal finally came good with lots of technical help and was subsequently launched on the website.
