The cell phone repair process is simple. After filling out the form and confirming their information, customers can print off a shipping label and mail their phone. Once the Cellular Phone Repair Center receives the phone, they can call the customer and report what's wrong, how much it will cost, and how long it will take.  

"We can complete most repairs within 24 hours after we receive the phone," Hunt said. "As soon as they're fixed, we can ship those cell phones right back to their owners."
