Hank Bailey has an extensive background in high-end home sales and has been in the real estate industry for four years. Hank holds the eCertified® designation from his experience with Prudential and is slated to finish the ABR this fall.  His sales before 2008 (a transition year back to the Athens Market) while being at 1st Choice Realty Seneca were as high as $4 million in his last year with the firm focusing primarily on lakefront properies.
