PRLog -- Chiara Bertoglio is a world renowned concert pianist and esteemed member of academia with an exemplary history in the study of music. She graduated Turin Conservatory summa cum laude, and completed her graduate studies by age 17, earning the Swiss Diploma of Virtuosité, with honors. In 2003 she graduated with honors from the Triennial Master Courses of the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome, and was the youngest woman ever to obtain this diploma. In 2004, Chiara obtained a fellowship from Trinity College in London, and in 2006, she obtained a master’s degree in musicology from Venice University. Chiara then earned a PhD in music performance practice from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. By the age of 24, she had already performed in many of the most important concert halls such as Carnegie Hall in New York, Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Rome Philharmonic, and the Warsaw Chopin Institute, with world’s most esteemed orchestras, including the European Union Chamber Orchestra, Curtis Chamber Orchestra, The Hague Youth Symphony Orchestra, and the Italian Philharmonic Orchestra. While at Venice University, Chiara wrote an essay on Mozart’s performance that was published in 2005 by Marco Valerio in Turin. She is also a student of theology and an accomplished concert organizer. Chiara lives in Turin, Italy, where she has been the subject of dozens of television specials, radio broadcasts and printed publications. Her present undertakings include continued studies in musical education and several international performances.
