Due to the constant changes the property industry faces, the 5th biggest banking group in the world, The Royal Bank of Scotland, recognized the need for a framework to manage compliance audits and inspections across their vast number of geographically dispersed properties with different compliance requirements, and hence consulted compliance software provider CMO Global to use their facilities management solution to manage Group Property assets, including bank branch audits and other property asset audits and inspections.

RBS Customer Service Managers will use the compliance software to complete audits and inspections on mobile devices, integrated with all necessary reference material and legislation, through a user friendly and configurable interface that allows them to capture and review data that can then be seamlessly uploaded to a central database for reporting, trend analysis and more. This results in less time being spent performing inspections, when compared to a traditional paper based audit process, thus allowing for more inspections to be completed in less time as well as realizing further savings through reduced paper costs, storage and improved communication.
