a small group of truly international and integrated law firms with approximately 5,500 legal professionals who practice in nearly every area of business law. Anne joined the firm in 1990 to oversee the Projects, Energy and Infrastructure Group. She has extensive experience in acquisitions and structured finance and has advised on a large number of infrastructure ventures in the primary and secondary PFI/PPP markets. Anne is well known and highly regarded for her exemplary leadership and was recognized as one of Europe’s Top 50 Performers in commercial law.  She graduated from the London School of Economics with a JD in law and has served on several advisory boards.  Anne is active within the community and supports several organizations that benefit education.  At home in Canary Wharf, she enjoys unwinding with a good book and the company of her family.
