Park Plaza Gardens Restaurant & Café Appoints J.michael Events Manager

Nov. 21, 2008 - PRLog -- Ron Schwartz, a principal in the restaurant, said Hicks, known throughout the industry as J.Michael, has more than 20 years of experience in entertainment and special events.  He has served as designer, manager, director and producer of entertainment and special events for multiple central Florida organizations ranging from Arnold Palmer Hospital and M.D. Anderson Cancer Center to Pointe Orlando and Ripley’s Believe it or Not.  

Hicks, who holds a degree in music from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga is  the owner operator of his own event concierge and management company, a board member of the Orlando Chapter of the International Special Events Society (ISES) as well as its current vice president of Programs and Education.
