Bethpage Federal Credit Union Celebrates New Elmont Branch With Regional Leaders

Dec. 5, 2008 - PRLog -- Bethpage Federal Credit Union (Bethpage) held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony recently to celebrate its newest branch at 1633 Dutch Broadway (inside Broadway Plaza) in Elmont. Joining Bethpage Senior Vice President Robert Hoppenstedt in cutting the ribbon to mark the credit union’s newest full-service branch on Long Island was Town of Hempstead (TOH) Supervisor Kate Murray, TOH Councilmember Edward A. Ambrosino, Nassau County Legislator John Ciotti represented by Anne DeMichael, and representatives from local business and civic groups.  The program was followed by a festive continental breakfast.
  “Elmont has a rich tradition on Long Island and Bethpage Federal Credit Union looks forward to being a part of its promising future,” said Hoppenstedt during the program. “We thank everyone in Elmont for the warm welcome and our honored guests for being here today to help us celebrate.”
  Supervisor Murray presented a proclamation declaring the date “Bethpage Federal Credit Union” day in Elmont, while DeMichael on behalf of Legislator Ciotti, presented Elmont Branch Manager Jessica Carrasquillo with a commemorative plaque.
