Postcode Anywhere Ranked Number 345 Fastest Growing Technology Company

Dec. 11, 2008 - PRLog -- Postcode Anywhere today announced that it ranked Number 345 on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA 2008, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in EMEA.  Rankings are based on percentage revenue growth over five years.

Postcode Anywhere grew 500% percent during this period.

Postcode Anywhere’s managing director, Guy Mucklow, credits its unique company culture and in-house technological strength with the company’s 500% revenue growth over the past five years.  He said: “We are extremely pleased to be recognised as one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the world and more so given that all of our growth has been organic and funded from internal resources.”

Technology Fast 500 EMEA selection and qualifications

The Technology Fast 500 list is compiled from Deloitte’s EMEA Technology Fast 50 programs, nominations submitted directly to the Fast 500, and public company database research.  To qualify for the Fast 500, entrants must have had 2003 operating revenues of at least €50,000 and 2006 operating revenues of at least €800,000.
Entrants must also be public or private companies headquartered in EMEA and must be a “technology company,” defined as a company that owns proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues; or devotes a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology.  Using other companies' technology in a unique way does not qualify.
