National Real Estate Firm Makes Impact On Tampa Bay’s Housing Market

The first of Zaremba Group’s upscale apartment communities is The Vintage Lofts in Tampa.   The apartments are part of an exciting mixed-use neighborhood called the West End Hyde Park North, which will feature high-end apartments, townhomes, condominiums, retail shops and office space.  The project is located in the historic district of West Tampa know as Hyde Park North, less than a mile from downtown, at the corner of Cypress Street and Rome Avenue. With 249 one, two, and three-bedroom units, The Vintage Lofts is the first component of the West End Hyde park North to be complete and is now open for immediate occupancy.  

Zaremba Group has two remaining Class-A apartment communities starting in 2009 in Tampa Bay.  Both communities, which will have details announced early next year, will be located in St. Petersburg and will feature a similar level of amenities as The Vintage Lofts.
