Carson, Calif—December 30, 2008--OWI Inc, a manufacturer of advanced audio equipment for AV integrators, commercial, industrial and residential markets, brings the company’s full line of weatherized outdoor speakers to International CES 2009. The company, a 30-year veteran in the audio industry, invented the weatherized speaker and first brought it to market.  OWI speakers are in use at major theme parks, hotels, casinos, golf courses, retail centers and homes around the world. They are a favorite with sound contractors because of their exceptional sound quality, durability and appearance.

L.A. Rocker Speakers are made in the USA of glass fiber reinforced concrete and are available in nine different realistic rock re-creations. Each rock is uniquely hand finished in a variety of UV resistant finishes to blend with any landscaping style. The rocks are able to withstand hundreds of pounds of standing weight and include a cast-in security cable attachment ring. The included 70 volt or 8 Ohm weatherproof speakers can be customized to suit individual audio requirements.
Landscape Garden Speakers feature 360-degree sound dispersion in traditional cone, oval, and octagonal designs. Available with 70 volt or 8 Ohm speakers and with optional 12v lights, these speakers deliver high quality sound while seamlessly blending in with the surroundings. The polyethylene enclosure is bug, puppy and lawnmower proof and UV light resistant.
