David H Brooks is one of the very few active  humanitarians that has managed to stay very low key over the years while helping numerous worldwide charities . As of right now,David H Brooks donates to the Oneg Shabbos Food Bank, The Kabbalah Centre, The Living Torah Museum, The Old westbury Hebrew Congregation, and numerous other unspoken worldwide charities that don’t want any press exposure. David H Brooks is involved in contributing time, effort , and money to multiple worldwide philanthropic charities.

David H Brooks graduated from New York University  in 1976, after that, David H Brooks managed to become a  self made businessman who created a thriving publicly traded company .Throughout the years, David H Brooks has also crafted and managed many other business ventures that have become very successful even to this day.
In 1987, David Brooks  created a venture capital firm called Brooks Industries of Long Island.

Through this company, David H Brooks started a venture capital investments company for emerging business entities. In 1992, David acquired and began operating a protective apparel business called DHB Industries, Inc.
DHB Industries main function was  manufacturing body armor for the defense department and law enforcement branches alike.  Through David H Brooks efforts with body armor technology and development, thousands of lives have been saved and will be saved years to come via David H Brooks innovations.

While operating the largest body armor manufacturing conglomerate, David H Brooks  accomplished some of the most riveting innovations in body armor technology. Unfortunately, David H Brooks had  to bear witness to some of the most gruesome real life stories, pictures , and videos of officials and soldiers who had succumbed to bullet and shrapnel wounds. These gruesome stories  stuck a pre-verbial thorn in David H Brooks side, this is what led David H Brooks to rigorously develop new innovations in body armor technology. On top of that, David H Brooks has also recently started a new non profit foundation for American Wounded Heroes. The David H Brooks foundation is a non profit organization that is geared towards providing American Soldiers  the extra help they need when they come back home from battle.
