Coconut Grove, FL – Miami’s newest spot for Exotic Dance Workout Classes

Jan. 14, 2009 - PRLog -- Coconut Grove, FL- With the New Year only a few weeks behind us, this unique and innovative way to tone and learn exotic dance moves while boosting your body image and self confidence is “The Art of Exotic Dancing for Everyday Women®”.  These weekly exotic dance workout classes promise to evoke infectious energy and will create a moving and memorable experience for all women of every age and every shape. The Art of Exotic Dancing for Every Day Women’s® Weekly Exotic Dance Workout Classes in Coconut Grove will be held Every Thursday, 7p-8p, at The Studio @ The Grove, 2964 Aviation Avenue, Coconut Grove, FL 33133.  This class is not about stripping away clothing, but rather about boosting the self-confidence of women through a series of exercises including eye contact.

Since 1988, this national program has been empowering women across the country, through the workshops, at home study DVD’s and book; and is about self confidence and authentic self-expression through exotic dance. Miami Territory Owner/Trainer/AOED Instructor Renee O’Connor has established classes from Aventura to Kendall. Currently the classes are offered in Aventura, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, South Beach and Kendall. No previous dance experience is required.

In addition to the classes, Renee and her Miami team can also customizes and create, exclusive, private events, including  private lessons, corporate events,  and special events such as Bachelorette parties, birthday parties, and “Girl’s night out” soiree’s .
