K&M of Virginia, Inc. Unveils New Line of Painter’s Pyramids®

Jan. 22, 2009 - PRLog -- K & M of Virginia, Inc. today unveiled a new line for its flagship product, the Painter’s Pyramid® at the Craft & Hobby Association trade show. The trade show is the world’s largest craft & hobby tradeshow.

This new line includes changes to both the product and packaging to better appeal to those in the arts and craft market. The product being unveiled has several modifications, but the most evident is the product color, pink.  Additionally, the new Painter’s Pyramids are encased in revised packaging that is more appropriate to the arts and crafts market.  “We wanted to create a product and corresponding packaging that is specifically tailored to this segment,” said Mike Bucci, president of K&M of Virginia, Inc. “The packaging shows just a few of the ways Painter’s Pyramids appeal to those in arts and crafts.” Popular uses for the Painter’s Pyramid include painting, gluing, decoupage, faux finishing, paper-mâché, holiday crafts, kids’ projects, memory boxes, home décor and sculptures.

K & M of Virginia, Inc. will be joining the fight against breast cancer by donating 10% of its sales from this new line to companies leading the fight against breast cancer.

“The use of Painter’s Pyramids in arts and crafts has grown dramatically,” noted Bucci. “We are excited to launch this new product line at the world’s largest professional craft and hobby show as our product appeals to the vast majority of attendees.”  The 68th annual show features seven major sections: Scrapbooking & Paper Crafts, Fabric/Quilting/Needlecrafts, Art Materials & Framing, General Crafts, Licensing & Design, an International Pavilion, and New Exhibitors.
