Feb. 1, 2009 - PRLog -- Robin Trehan, asked where is the money which is already spent out during first bailout? Why is nobody asking where is the money, or was it just a game to pay the salaries, bonuses for the big banks. Bailout is giving good money and getting in return toxic.

It is like going to Casino at tax payer expense, said RObin Trehan. The only way to solve the problem to nationalize the bank.  Investors have hit by the realization that many banks are bankrupt. Banks are getting the money and they are hoarding it, they're not lending it as there are bigger losses on books.

1.   Take over the big banks by government. Managing those bad loans and later on selling it, when market picks up. Resolution trust company. is one of the best way of doing it.
2.   Robin Trehan, said “Bad bank” is a bad idea. Mark to market value of the assets will be pennies to dollar. Bank will value them on yield to maturity, which will be totally unfair to the tax payers, as it will be 60 to 70 cent to a dollars. That the reason TARP did not work out in phase one and that is the reason it will not work in second phase. Bad bank is a bad idea.
