Feb. 4, 2009 - PRLog -- WELDON & ROTHMAN, PL is proud to announce the addition of Attorney Marni Scuderi and the expansion of practice areas to include all family law related matters.  

With the client's interests at heart, the firm handles divorce, child custody and support, visitation, adoption, premarital and marital agreement litigation, and other family law legal matters.  When appropriate, we also assist clients who require restraining orders, protective injunctions, and other domestic relations related proceedings.

From the uncontested divorce to the most complex cases requiring extensive research and analysis, including the trial of cases involving tracing of marital assets, Weldon & Rothman, PL is prepared to handle your family law case with the highest personal attention and professionalism.

Prior to joining Weldon & Rothman, P.L., Marni Scuderi represented clients for the Shelter for Abused Women in all types of family law and domestic related cases, including divorce proceedings and injunctions for protection.  Ms. Scuderi was also previously an Assistant County Attorney for Collier County, a Staff Attorney for Twentieth Judicial Circuit - Collier and Lee County, Florida, and an Assistant Public Defender in the Public Defender's Office for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit.  Ms. Scuderi continues to practice in the area of family law, domestic relations, criminal defense, and general civil litigation.      

Ms. Scuderi earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Georgia, before earning her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law.

Ms. Scuderi is currently accepting new cases.
