Feb. 9, 2009 - PRLog -- Starta Development announced that it will begin distributing a free monthly newsletter titled Insights for Affordable Housing. The newsletter will present perceptions that could only be provided by a third party that is deeply rooted in the production of affordable housing. The newsletter will launch on March 1, 2009.
