26 Year Old Entrepreneur, Devin James was featured by AOL’s BV Powerlist, Clutch Magazine

Feb. 15, 2009 - PRLog -- The Devin James Group founder Devin S. James, Sr. has been working very hard to build his name recognition and it is paying off. In November 2008 James shutdown Beale Street in Memphis, TN for a huge press conference with local media showcasing the launch of his new company, AutoHood Media, by lining up over 50 taxis with different ads on the hood for a brand campaign/parade through the city. The results included the cover story in the Commercial Appeal business section, articles in the Memphis Business Journal, the Memphis Flyer and live coverage on Fox 24 and Eyewitness News media stations.

Simultaneously James introduced "Enjoy Success, Exhale with Style" (www.exhalewithstyle.com), a new premium cigar company and brand campaign highlighting the affluent lifestyle associated with the cigar aficionado's experience and making James the youngest African American in the cigar business. This led to features on AOL’s BV Powerlist, Blacknews.com and several other internet sites interested in his creative ideas, groundbreaking joint ventures and new contracts for his business. The success has continued into 2009. January 1st James was featured in Clutch Magazine's annual Black Men to Watch issue featuring the top 12 Black Men to watch in 2009 and has since completed preliminary interviews with Black Enterprise and Upscale Magazine for upcoming issues this year. James will be featured in the April 2009 issue of the African American Golfer’s Digest.

In addition to editorial coverage, James has been building his name through various events around the country.  Not only speaking engagements but also sponsoring celebrity events like Alonzo Mourning Charities “ZO's KingPin Challenge”, The African American Golfer's Digest "Diversity Pavilion” at PGA, Who's Who of Black St. Louis Gala, Nelly's Skybox Superbowl Party, and Michael V. Roberts, a self-made multi-millionaire, Roberts Companies Christmas Party.
