Misco.co.uk have today announced the launch of a new online service ‘Live chat’, an instant way to help customers through the purchasing process for online products during business hours. Customers can obtain an immediate response to their query.

Feb. 18, 2009 - PRLog -- Misco.co.uk, the online e-tailer of electrical and technology products have today announced the launch of a new online service ‘Live chat’, an instant way to help and support customers through the purchase decision making process for online products during business hours. The advantage of this service is that customers can obtain an immediate response to their query. Moreover, there is no need to access a separate e-mail system to gain access to ‘Live chat’ as it’s done via the misco.co.uk website.

‘The objective is to provide a complete range of contact options so that our customers can contact us in whatever way they would prefer – phone, email, fax, live chat  or even letter.  Live chat, like phone, enables us to provide immediate answers to customer’s queries. Although our response rates for e-mail are exceptionally fast, some customers would like an even faster answer and this is what live chat can provide.’ commented Mike Gammie, Service Manager for Misco.

Following on from a successful initial trial period on a limited range of products,’ Live chat’ will now be launched across Misco’s entire product range.  

‘Live chat’ is currently available from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.
