Central Florida Rotary International District 6980 Sets Weeklong Conference, Cruise April 27–May 4

Central Florida Rotary International District 6980, which represents 45 Rotary Clubs with more than 2,200 members in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake and Sumter counties, will host its Annual Conference and Cruise from Monday, April 27, through May 4
 
Feb. 25, 2009 - PRLog -- Central Florida Rotary International District Governor Carlos Giraldo said the Annual Conference will begin on Monday, Apr. 27 with a family golf scramble at Errol Estate Country Club north of Apopka.

On Tuesday, April 28, Central Florida Rotary International District 6980 will host the District Governor’s Banquet at the Orlando Hilton Altamonte Springs.

A New Member and Sponsor Luncheon is scheduled for Wednesday at the Winter Park Civic Center on Morse Blvd.

The Annual Rotary Cruise is scheduled from Thursday, April 30 through Monday, May 4 on the Carnival Cruise Ship Inspiration, boarding in Tampa.

“Our annual conference is a chance for all of our members to participate in a casual social event that welcomes fellowship and family life,” said Giraldo. “Our goal is to strengthen the relationships that bind us as we do our volunteer work throughout the five-county region,” he said.
