April 6, 2009 - PRLog -- Any hard core biker knows: Your custom Harley Davidson is only as good as the roads you ride it on. If you're craving some adventure this year, why not try taking a new and exciting ride through a place you've never been before? Take your bike for a spin to a completely new place and see how it does. Here you'll find some of the nation's best roads and rides, so that you can find some adventure on your next big ride.

California
California offers some of the nation's most breathtaking vistas and views.

Westgard Pass: This ride offers gorgeous views of the White Mountains as well as the Sierras. You'll be riding at a whopping 7,313 feet elevation and loving every minute of it. Not for the inexperienced, this road is full of twists and curves, and appeals to the most seasoned motorcycle riders.

Reno to Lake Tahoe Loop: This ride will be easier for the beginners, as it's an easy ride with plenty of turn offs so that you can stop and observe the scenery. Mountains and valleys await this completely paved two lane highway. Keep in mind that the farther you go, the harder the ride is, so beginners might want to turn around after reaching the more advanced turns.

Arizona
Route 66: This scenic route on old Route 66 will bring you straight through the Black Mountains and give you amazing views. The turns are tight, so this one might be a ride for more advanced bikers, but if you get the chance, take this ride! You'll see some great historical sites as well as old ghost towns for you to explore.

Catalina Highway: Catalina Highway is a short 29 miles each way, but the ride is worth it. You'll be rewarded with views of Rocky Mountains, green forest and everything in between. It's a great ride for the novice biker.

Nevada
Red Rock Ramble: This ride is a must for anyone who is taking their custom Harley Davidson through Las Vegas. You'll see some amazing rock formations and other scenery, and it's a quick, simple ride that should be experienced by any rider in the area.

Old Highway 50: If you love enjoying the open road in solitude, try this ride on the "Loneliest Highway in America". It's wide and smooth and true to its reputation, as you'll go for miles without seeing a car. Beautiful views of mountains and terrain.
