In addition to his legal expertise Neusom has a strong real estate background. He earned his JD from USC and maintains an active real estate license, which gives him a unique understanding of the practical application of real estate law. He previously managed his own private practice in Florida where he specialized in real estate and family law.

"Thomas Neusom's understanding of real estate law from an agent's perspective will serve him well as he audits files to assess individual cases," said Rutledge.

Mark Fisher has a diverse legal background that includes working as a general counsel for several corporations where he focused on business litigation. He earned his JD from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan and is a member of the United States District Court of the Southern District of Florida, a Florida Realtor and a New York real estate broker.

"Mark Fisher's experience in real estate combined with his solid experience in the commercial arena makes him an asset to our clients," said Rutledge.

Johnson, Neusom and Fisher will be responsible for evaluating cases to assess when the banks have violated laws and taking action to enforce homeowners rights.
