April 23, 2009 - PRLog -- Apex Soccer is currently accepting registration for its summer camp program at Panther Creek High School, which includes Elite 24, P3 Preseason and Apex Individualized Training camps. Those who sign up before May 1st are eligible to receive discounts.

“Apex Soccer offers specific training for players looking to train in an environment that promotes technical perfection through strict adherence to a professional standard that will not be compromised,” said Rob Andrews, President of Apex Soccer. “Train as professionals train. If the P3, GK or Elite 24 won't work in your schedule or budget this summer, our Individualized Training is back for its 3rd summer. Each option is catered to the Challenge and Classic player seeking to improve his or her skills and prepare for the upcoming season.”

Elite 24 is an experience unlike any other in the country. Players apply to the camp and the top 24 are selected in the 12-14 year old boys’ age group. If selected, you train as a professional player for the next 3 weeks.

P3 Preseason camps offer the fastest way to get fit for soccer specifically, regain your touch and quicken your decision-making ability leading up to the season or tryout you are preparing for. Camps focusing on Classic and Challenge skill levels are scheduled for high school-age boys July 27-31, for 11-14-year-old boys and girls
Aug. 3-7, and for 9-12-year-old boys and girls Aug. 10-14.

Apex Individualized Training is back for it’s 3rd year, bringing a new type of summer camp to the Triangle. A professional or college trainer (depending on age and ability) is assigned to a group of no more than 8 players.  These players train for 1 hour per day for 3 days per week for 3 weeks. To register for one or more camps, go to www.apexsoccer.com and click on “Summer Academy,” or email Doug Kelly at doug@apexsoccer.com.

Apex GoalKeeper Camps offer a chance to build a rock-solid goal keeper foundation before enrolling in our Apex GK Academy or just heading back to your regular club or school teams. Two camps will be offered:
June 15-19 and June 22–26 from 5:30–8:30 pm.

Apex Soccer also offers futsal training through its Apex Futsal Academy, a 10-month club supplement from August 2009 through May 2010. Teams of up to 20 players will be selected from players between 7 and 14 years old and will cost $95/month. In addition, the futsal training sessions include a complete uniform, two winter futsal leagues, and a membership for the player and one parent to Impact Athletics in Cary. Afterwards, teams of 10 from each age group will be offered the opportunity to participate in the United States FUTSAL® Federation National Championships in Baltimore in July 2010. Email doug@apexsoccer.com to be notified of tryouts.
