Looking For Viable Projects For Possible Investment

There is no guarantee your project will be accepted  for investment, but it will certainly be considered.
When preparing your prospectus to describe your project, please mention the following:

a) Nature of product or service, proposed country of investment.
b) Your market
c) Capital needed for investment.
d) Do you need the financier invest the entire sum and you can manage the enterprise yourself with your team? In this case, outline your management team and how much you need as shares and salaries for your management.
Or do you need partial investment by the financier and you will provide the remaining capital?
Or do you need a loan from the financier?

Explain your financial needs fully.
In case of a loan, how much interest you are willing to pay, if you need a grace period,
when will the repayment would start and a repayment schedule.
e)The guarantees you can provide.
f) Other issues of relevance.

We charge a certain sum for consultancy to study your material you will present to us.
This depends on the nature and the complexity of your material. Upon receiving your
presentation, we shall notify you how much this fee will be.
If we are interested in your proposal, we shall also require from you an agreement appointing us to look for financing for you. The terms of this agreement will be discussable
at that time.
