The Building Group Takes Center Stage As Property Manager for The Opera Lofts

Located in the 26th Street Loft District, at 2545 S. Dearborn Street, The Opera Lofts is a rehabilitation of the Lyric Opera’s former design and warehouse center. Developed by Leigh Ballen and Andres Schcolnik of LOACQ LLC, this newly converted building now offers 93 true loft residences with high-end finishes throughout and includes exposed columns, brick, and spiral ductwork as well as ceiling heights of 13 to 30 feet.
