Paranet™ Solutions, LLC Acquires Digital Reach, Inc.

May 7, 2009 - PRLog -- Dallas, TX – October 26, 2008 – Paranet™ Solutions, LLC, a leading global provider of services and solutions for information security and storage, telecom, knowledge management and business process improvement, and strategic staffing resources, announced today that it has acquired Digital Reach™, Inc (www.DigitalReachinc.com) based in Plano, Texas. This is the third acquisition for Paranet™ Solutions this year. The other two companies acquired were Knowledge Tranzfer™ (www.knowledgetranzfer.com) and Abacus Technology™ (www.abacustech.com).

Digital Reach™, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, is now part of the growing Paranet™ family of companies. The company delivers enterprise-quality, scalable information technology solutions that are backed by a state-of-the-art network operations center. The principals of Digital Reach's delivery model focuses on proactive IT support, remote management, automation, centralization, and monitoring to allow for substantial productivity increases.
