By: Mark Draper Charlotte is currently studying for her CIPD Certificate in Training Practice at Manchester College, and will qualify in October this year. “While I enjoyed the modeling work, training is the real passion of mine. I’ve enrolled in the CIPD Certification process outside work to better my understanding of training and how it should be used inside work.” said Charlotte. “My new role involves evaluating the company’s training needs, designing new training material, managing the training staff and ensuring that all customer contact staff are trained to a high standard to deliver the excellent service our customers have come to expect.” said Charlotte. “Charlotte has been a long standing and valuable member of Unicom.
