By: Carol Infranca and Associates Dozens of unique shops, restaurants and bars members of the Riverwalk Merchants Association are presenting monthly Art Walks on the last Thursday of every month through October in the Riverwalk District. “People had a really good time downtown during our first Art Walk,” said Riverwalk Merchants Association President Valerie Neish. “This Art Walk features several talented artists who use variety of artistic mediums, some exceptional stage performances and an exclusive short film by a very talented local artiste.” Riverwalk Art Walks follow the very successful Wine Walk model, where individuals can pick up a brochure listing all of the events and entertainment from any participating downtown Reno Riverwalk location.
