May 18, 2009 - PRLog -- The Associates Degree curriculum at Community Care College (CCC) has been revamped to keep pace with the changing demands of the job market. Previously, the Associate Degree program was divided into two parts; students first completed a series of General Education courses in subjects like Sociology, Psychology, English, and American
Government. Next, they moved on to their “core” curriculum which focused on their chosen field (massage therapy, medical assisting, early childhood education, etc.)

In recent months, the General Education portion has been restyled into a progressive Business Administration sequence, designed to augment the professional and leadership skills of CCC graduates. Students will take courses in Human Resources, Management, Marketing, Business Communications etc. “It is becoming increasingly important for job-seekers in this market to be business-savvy,” says Community Care College Project Manager Rebecca Banuelos. “These courses will give our students the skills they need to seek out and be successful in managerial positions.”

Community Care College (www.CommunityCareCollege.edu) is a licensed and accredited institution offering programs in Healthcare and Business disciplines.  Community Care College serves as the main campus to Clary Sage College (www.ClarySageCollege.com) and Oklahoma Technical College (www.OklahomaTechnicalCollege.com) which all operate under the same ownership.
