Stonefield Scores Most #1’s for Sage Accpac Customer Support in North America

May 25, 2009 - PRLog -- Laurie Schultz, Senior VP and General Manager of Sage Accpac, announced the top 10 Accpac dealers in North America for Customer Service at the 2009 annual Sage Insights conference in Nashville TN. The overall ranking was determined through a customer satisfaction survey administered by the Client Care department at Sage Accpac.

Stonefield Systems Group Inc. scored the most number 1 and most number 2 ratings from the customers surveyed for any Sage Accpac Business Partner in North America. “Last year we were ranked number 6 in North America and number 1 in Saskatchewan,” said Mickey Kupchyk, President of Stonefield. “That was quite an accomplishment considering there are over 500 Sage Accpac business partners, but we wanted to be better. Our staff worked hard at coming up with new and innovative ways to train and support our Sage Accpac ERP customers”.  

According to Bev Fraser, General Manager of Stonefield, “Over the past year we implemented a new help desk service and started offering free level 1 technical support to our active Sage Accpac customers. We also updated a number of our internal systems which allowed us to provide better, faster, and less expensive remote support to our customers.”    

“This past year we were 5% ahead of the number two Accpac Dealer,” Kupchyk said, ”We would like to improve on that this year. The feedback that we receive from our customers helps us to do an even better job.”
