Another VCNAA Commission Member Resigns

Paul Bell has officially resigned from the Vermont Commission on Native American Affairs as of last Tuesday.

June 6, 2009 - PRLog -- This, (http://www.vcnaa.com), web site has been informed by the former VCNAA Chair, Don Stevens, that another Commission member, Paul Bell has officially resigned from the Vermont Commission on Native American Affairs as of last Tuesday.

Governor Douglas on January 16, 2009 appointed Paul Davis Bell from Colchester, VT to replace Charlene McManis on the Vermont Commission on Native American Affairs.

Paul Bell is a member of the St Francis/Sokoki Band of Abenaki Indians of Missisquoi. He was a former Tribal Council member.

The contents of Bell’s letter to the Governor, is unknown at this time.
