While you're in your stance, hold a light dumbbell right at the point of impact. After you have the dumbbell in place, lift it like you would if you were doing a golf swing. What I mean is, you should bench press, squat, lunges, bicep curls, shoulder presses, and tricep extensions just to name a few.
